Growing up the preacher's daughter wasn't always the greatest, especially when my father disowned me for going to a university he didn't personally approve of. I wanted to prove him wrong, to show both of my parents that I could be a responsible adult, and that going to Daytona University was the best decision I could have ever made. But I decided to get a little wild on my twenty-first birthday, and now my future is in shambles all because I fell straight into the arms of the Daytona Devil's hot new wide receiver. No amount of Hail Mary's is going to reprieve me from my sins, and the more I get to know Madden "The Jersey Devil" Marx, the more I can't help but crave his corruption.

I told myself I'd never let another woman bring me down. Not after the last one almost tanked my entire career because she wanted to play with the big boys. Yeah, I was lucky to get drafted at all, coming from the university that turned college football into a complete joke. My reputation got me drafted, but it was my hothead and dynamics on the field that earned me my starting position on the Daytona Devil's. All I wanted was to prove to my coach I was worthy of my draft, but then a drunken college girl stumbled straight into my arms, tackling my attention, and getting me into trouble I just didn't have time for. Meeting Ziva Chilton was both a blessing and a curse, and now it was going to take one hell of a Hail Mary to keep me from fumbling my life both on and off the field.
